Do NOT use this company!! Been trying for 2 months to get reimbursed for a refrigerator and all I keep getting is the run around! I've had this warranty co for almost 10 yrs but I guess you always think they're good until you have to use them. If anyone has a better warranty co for me to try please respond if this page lets you. They have NO problems taking your premium out but they damn sure don't want to pay up when something goes wrong!! They SUCK!! I advise to NOT use this HomeServices or as their other name or whatever they call it Total Protect
