    The frustration with this company and Cross Country that lies and cannot fix the refrigerator is beyond anything I have ever dealt with. After 3 months of not fixing the freezer, their only response is to give me a claim credit of $278.00 towards calling another company to fix. They have not fixed and I supposed to believe that this will fix it. Cannot speak to authorizations dept., no supervisors that will do their job and explain fully what can be done.   • Very rude cold caller

    Cold call from a very rude agent " Mark". He would not give phone number and was a totally bad representative of Homesure a white goods appliance service company. Started asking personal questiins about my relationship to the name he was asking for and got agitated when I said I did not wish to share that just goes on from there with him calling me a sad individual.     Do NOT use this company!! Been trying for 2 months to get reimbursed for a refrigerator and all I keep getting is the run around! I've had this warranty co for almost 10 yrs but I guess you always think they're good until you have to use them. If anyone has a better warranty co for me to try please respond if this page lets you. They have NO problems taking your premium out but they damn sure don't want to pay up when something goes wrong!! They SUCK!!     My home air conditioning system has been repaired more than six times in the past year through Emergency Maintenance Service deployed through my home warranty plan with HomeSure Services. Last Monday, the technician came out and found that the system is broken beyond repair and recommended replacemement. HomeSure will only agree to replace the inside piece when it makes no sense to not replace the entire system. I've had three companies out who told me the same thing as Emergency Maintenance. THIS COMPANY IS CRAP!!!!!!!!! THEY HAVE BEEN OUT TO FIX MY REFRIGERATOR 5 TIMES IT IS STILL NOT FIXED!!! after screaming on the phone to a sweet young man he says I will receive a bill for early termination. NOW, How do you think I am feeling? I am calling my attorney and my TV station to blow their cover.

These people suck !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! The local service people they provide obviosly have chosen the wrong career paths. There pay out for claims for new replacemnet equipment and installation borders on fraud. I am thinking
small claims court here. !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Home Sure's Mechanical Services of Palm Desert, CA was not competent enough to diagnose or fix my Air Conditioner after here calls. I was told to get a company of my choice and they would reimburse me for what I had to pay for a new Evaporative Coil. The recommended company botched the job, the new company had to repair the mess performed by Mechanical Services. The bill came to $2,572 and Home Sure refused to reimburse me. They sent me a check for $892.76. I Have been with Total Protect/Home Sure for 9 and half years with no major problems and this is the way they treat me, if this is the way they operate, I wonder how they trea new clients.
